Gladman Appeal Hearing

Gladman Appeal Hearing

Message from the District Council.

'I can confirm that we have been advised that the Supreme Court has refused Gladman permission to appeal . As I understand it, this means that, unless Gladman withdraws its original appeal, there will have to be a fresh inquiry. The duplicate application also remains to be determined (again, unless that is withdrawn)'.
