PCSO Thompson has advised that there have been a number of thefts of tools from vans and motor vehicles overnight (29th into 30th Nov) in Weedon and Flore and a few other places.
Please be vigilant and ideally remove tools overnight.
Ring 999 if you are in danger or theft in progress. Ring 101 to report the theft and get an incident number otherwise.

Poppy Appeal 2016
The recent 2016 Poppy Appeal in Weedon raised £1,347.79.

The Parish Council has now received a formal communication from the Department of Infrastructure (DIO) which is part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD). Whilst the MOD say they have no legal obligation with regard to resolving the issues on the Mound on Jubilee Field, they have decided to offer financial help to resolve the current situation.
