Just to let you know – Gladman's Application DA/2014/0455 for up to 121 dwellings on the land off New Street, having been to the High Court, is now going back t...o appeal. Message from the District Council.
'I can confirm that we have been advised that the Supreme Court has refused Gladman permission to appeal . As I understand it, this means that, unless Gladman withdraws its original appeal, there will have to be a fresh inquiry. The duplicate application also remains to be determined (again, unless that is withdrawn)'.
