FITNESS CLASSES IN WEEDON
Hi, this is to all my present, past and any new class members. After nearly 30 years I am still teaching fitness classes in Weedon Village Hall.
Fitness trends have changed over the years. At one stage it was all high intensity moves (with compulsory leg warmers and sweat bands). Then came all low impact moves as people became aware of the damage caused by too many Jumping Jacks etc.
We now have access to such a variety of classes (far too many to name them all) and many of us do not know which one to choose. We can be confused over which one will benefit them.
I would like to think that over the years my style of teaching has changed with these different ideas and I have developed a teaching style that can deliver a variety of exercises to suit many people's needs.
If you are looking to start, return, continue or just vary your exercise classes Why not give me a try!
On Monday I teach 30minutes Step Aerobics (all low impact) followed by 15 minutes of toning and stretch.
On Thursday the whole class consists of a variety of exercises aimed at toning the whole body and ends with a muscle stretch cool down.
These classes are held at Weedon Village Hall and both start at 7pm. The cost is £4.50 per session and is on a pay as you go basis.
I would look forward to welcoming you to these friendly classes and hopefully help improve and maintain your overall health and wellbeing.
